Fossilized Sea Lilies, also known as Crinoids, are the remains of marine animals that first appeared around 480-500 million years ago, during the early Ordovician Period, but many species are still alive in the modern age. Fossils are energetically connected to the Earth, especially ancient wisdom, and symbolize the continuous cycle of life, death, and rebirth. They are useful in past life recall and helping to recognize patterns and cycles. Sea Lilies especially carry the element of Water, helping to temper and process emotions and improve relationships, both with oneself and others.
